The travel companion would lose their deposit if they did the following:

  2. Violation of Terms and Conditions: If the companion violates the terms and conditions set by the travel organizer or agency, such as engaging in illegal activities, causing disturbances, or behaving in a manner that disrupts the trip or negatively impacts others, they may lose their deposit.

  3. Damages or Losses: If the companion causes any damages to property, whether intentionally or due to negligence, they may be held responsible for the costs of repairs or replacements, which can be deducted from their deposit.

  4. Failure to Pay Shared Expenses: If the companion fails to contribute their fair share of shared expenses, such as group activities, accommodation costs, or transportation fees, their deposit may be used to cover those expenses, resulting in a partial or complete loss of the deposit.

Details such as your children's names, schools, ages, or genders should be handled with care.
